This policy explains what information we collect through virtualbillboards.co, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain English, no games.
Only what you type into our contact form:
We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please don't send them.
That's it. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Your submission is shared between the two businesses behind this collaboration — Fierce & Fearless Magazine and LifeBots.Co — and the service providers that make the site and our email work (for example, our web host and email provider). Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
If you become a client, we use the materials you provide (your business details, logo, photos, and any footage you send) to produce your commercials. We use modern AI-assisted production tools alongside human creative direction. We do not upload your personal contact information into AI tools — only the creative brief needed to build your commercials. You keep ownership of the materials you send us.
If you check the consent box, we may contact you by email or phone about this offer. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor opt-outs promptly. If you ever receive a text from us, replying STOP ends them. You can also just tell us to stop and we will.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our web host may collect standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
Inquiries are kept while we're in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Client project records are kept as long as needed for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law (for example, California's CCPA/CPRA). We honor these requests regardless of where you live. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
This is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
